Payment data processing consent

1. Purpose and data

The user consents to processing email, account, order and session data to create an order, open secure checkout, receive status, grant access, provide a receipt, handle refunds and prevent fraud. Contractual or legally required data may be processed on those independent grounds.

2. Provider and card data

The current integration sends Robokassa only order parameters: merchant identifier (MerchantLogin), amount (OutSum), internal order number (InvId), description (Description), signature (SignatureValue), attempt identifier (Shp_attempt) and the test-mode flag (IsTest) where applicable. It does not send an email address or phone number for a receipt or notice.

Data entered by the user on the secure Robokassa, bank or selected payment-method page is processed by that provider on its side. NutriFor receives transaction identifiers and results and stores order events, but not full card details, CVC/CVV or bank codes.

3. Recipients and withdrawal

Operations include collection, storage, use, necessary transfer, restriction and deletion. Recipients are limited to the seller, Robokassa, payment participants, necessary technical providers and authorities where required.

Withdraw via support@nutrifor.pro with account email and order number. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior processing or mandatory retention and may prevent an unfinished payment.
