Personal data policy

1. Scope and data

The controller is the seller identified below. The policy covers pay-nutrifor.app, the payment profile, orders, support and optional Telegram linking under applicable Russian law, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

We process profile email; optional Telegram ID, name and username; the selected service, term, amount, currency, order and payment IDs, statuses, timestamps, provider references, access and support records and receipt details. Security data may include cookies, session and CSRF identifiers, IP address, user agent and technical logs.

NutriFor does not receive or store full card details, CVC/CVV or bank authentication credentials.

2. Purposes and grounds

Data is used to secure sessions, verify email, link Telegram on request, perform orders, confirm payment, grant access, issue Professional Income Tax receipts, handle support and refunds and prevent abuse.

Grounds include requested pre-contract steps, contract performance, legal duties, consent where required and lawful protection of the service.

3. Recipients, retention and rights

Necessary data may go to Robokassa and payment participants, Telegram when linking is requested, technical providers under contract and authorities where required. We do not sell data or claim a specific hosting provider without evidence.

Data is kept for its purpose and applicable contract, tax, accounting and claims periods, then deleted or anonymised unless law requires more. Users may request access, correction, restriction or deletion, object or withdraw consent via support@nutrifor.pro and may complain to Roskomnadzor or a court.
